Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Effective from: May 1, 2025

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. A cancellation charge of ₹105/- will be applicable for such cancellations. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team promptly.

Cancellation After Processing
If your order has already been processed or approved but not yet dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. However, we discourage cancellation requests after the order has been processed to ensure seamless and efficient service.

Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure all order details are accurate before placing your order.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:\n- The product is damaged during transit\n- The product has a quality issue attributable to manufacturing

We do not accept exchanges for damages caused by improper use, negligence, or incorrect application.

Once your exchange request is approved:\n- Return pickup will be arranged within 7 business days\n- Refund or replacement will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item\n- Exchange process will be completed within 6–14 business days

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our Chennai unit. A signature is required at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the package, please ensure someone reliable (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor) is available to sign on your behalf.

Note: Gangaa Naturals is not responsible for:\n- Orders signed and received by unauthorized persons\n- Any damage that occurs after delivery

All mismatch or damage claims must be reported to our customer care team on the same day of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
